Mr. Josiah Williams has a Diploma in Communications Studies from the University of Guyana  and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies at the same institution. Mr. Williams brings to EMC years of experience as a communications and media professional. At EMC, Mr. Williams supports the communications and public awareness activities at EMC.
