About the role
The M&E Officer will design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track the impact of EMC Foundation’s environmental and social programs. You will collect data, conduct field visits, and produce evidence-based insights to strengthen project performance.
Responsibilities
Develop M&E frameworks and performance indicators.
Conduct field assessments and data analysis.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and donors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Environmental Studies.
2+ years of M&E or data analysis experience.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or KoboToolbox.
