Programme Manager – Community Development
About the role
The EMC Foundation seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our community-based development projects across Guyana. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and ensure program objectives align with EMC’s mission of empowering communities through education, sustainability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program planning, budgets, and progress reporting.
- Supervise project coordinators and field staff.
- Liaise with government, donor, and civil society partners.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, or related field.
5+ years in NGO program management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
